Honeymoon Destination Set in its own secluded and fenced garden a few short steps from our solar-heated pool with spectacular views to the rainforests of Springbrook Ranges from the lounge and verandah and directly to Mt Warning from the bedroom and large ensuite bathroom, Hillcrest luxury cottage is an ideal honeymoon destination for couples seeking total privacy, whilst still wanting to be close enough to a host of activities and places of interest during their stay.
Hillcrest Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, gas bbq on the private verandah, lounge with wide screen stereo tv, dvd player, stereo system, real wood fire for winter romance, and split system reverse cycle air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans for summer comfort, QS bedroom and huge ensuite bathroom with top of the range luxury double spa bath and separate large shower. Our honeymoon cottage is strictly for one couple only. Hillcrest Cottage is the best value luxury cabin in the Tweed Coast and hinterland region ~ and we only have the one Cottage so please book early to avoid disappointment. Cost is from $225 to $350 per night depending on season and length of stay. Please note there is a 2 night minimum for advance bookings in the Cottage, longer for some public holidays. Offering a range of stunning photographic backdrops (as well as the odd cheeky pony or two!) for wedding photos, very small wedding parties book both B&B rooms and the Cottage so that they have the entire venue to themselves for maximum relaxation and wedding photo opportunities. Please be aware that Hillcrest only caters for very small weddings, from one couple (with your hosts as witnesses) to a maximum of 5 couples - so if you are planning a big wedding, then Hillcrest is more suitable as your honeymoon destination. For larger weddings taking place at another venue, we're happy for pre-wedding photos to be taken on the property provided both B&B rooms and the cottage have been booked for at least 2 nights by the wedding party (two other couples can be accommodated at a nearby venue if required). Please also be aware that we can only cater for very limited numbers and that non-resident visitors to the property is strictly by advance arrangement and permission from hosts (children of any age will not be permitted as our insurance does not cover children on the property).
